Tajine or Tagine from Morocco is a clay pot with a lid that embodies a cooking technique that is thousands of years old. In Morocco, both the casserole and the dishes cooked in it are called Tajine (pronounced Tagine). Our "Terra Natur" Tajine is hand-made from natural clay, fired without additives or glaze and hand-painted. The "Terra Natur" Tagine has a flat base and is therefore suitable for any type of stove, oven or charcoal grill. An ideal casserole for many dishes, cooks very gently, and the aromas that develop during the braising are retained.
