Tajine or Tagine from Morocco is a clay pot with a lid that embodies a cooking technique that is thousands of years old. In Morocco, both the casserole and the dishes cooked in it are called Tajine (pronounced Tagine). Our Tajine "Terra Natur" is made of natural clay soil hand-made,without additives or glaze fired and hand-painted. The Tagine "Terra Natur" has a flat ground and is therefore suitable for any type of stove, any oven and any charcoal grill. An ideal casserole dish for many dishes, cooks very gently, the added flavors and those created during the braising are retained.
