Tajine or Tagine from Morocco is a clay pot with a lid that embodies a cooking technique that is thousands of years old. The Tajine "Belt" is out natural clay soil hand-made, without additives or glaze fired. The Tagine "Beldi" is suitable for every type of stove, every oven and charcoal grill. An adapter plate is required for induction. An ideal casserole dish for many dishes, cooks very gently, the added aromas and those created during braising are retained.
